You will be picked up from the hotel to the office for a briefing at 8am. You will depart for the
Masai Mara Game Reserve via the view-point of the Great Rift Valley where you will stop over
to witness the escarpment wall and take photos afterwards proceed with the trip with a
stopover in Narok Town for lunch. Upon arrival you will proceed for a game drive, tracking
various animal species and birds with your driver/guide. Dinner and overnight will be at the
camp.
After breakfast you will proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The
landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for
game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range
viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos
and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight at the camp with bed, bedding, and hot showers.
Breakfast then leave for Masai Village Visit to meet the local community. You will get to interact
with them and learn their ways of living. Later, depart the Mara region for Nakuru, lunch
enroute, with scenic views of Mt. Longmont and Lake Naivasha from afar on the main highway.
You will arrive in the evening and be dropped off at the hotel for dinner and overnight at the
budget hotel with self-contained rooms.
After breakfast proceed on a game drive in Lake Nakuru Park, known for its prolific bird life
including flamingos. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino while species like Cape buffalo and water-buck can be seen near the shoreline. Later you will drive to Amboseli National Park. Dinner and overnight will be at the camp.
A day of game drives in this park which contains swamp grounds, bathing elephants, and
hippos. A variety of plains game, antelopes, birds and Mt. Kilimanjaro’s peak can be seen if
weather conditions permit. We will cater for picnic lunches and then return overnight at the
camp with bed, bedding, hot showers, electricity, mosquito nets, and dinner.
Early morning game viewing and then return to the camp for hot breakfast. Later we will drive
to the Namanga Border, where your shuttle will meet you for transfer to Arusha. Upon arrival,
you will be dropped off at your Arusha hotel, booked on bed and breakfast.
Breakfast at your Arusha Hotel, meet our staff and driver guide for a briefing about the whole
trip, leaves Arusha for a 6 hours drive to Serengeti National park with lunch en route. Upon
arrival at the main gate the registration is done then with a game drive to the camp which is
located at the Central Serengeti. Today you are scheduled for at least a 3 hours game drive,
then dinner will be served at Seronera Camp followed by overnight.
Early breakfast at the camp then leaves with picnic lunches for at least a 6 hour Game drive
within Serengeti National park. Here you will tracker the wildebeest, Zebras, Giraffes, Lions,
Lioness, black rhino, Cheetah, Leopard, Hyena, Bushbuck, lesser kudu, wild dog, Kongoni,
impala, grant’s gazelle, black backed jackal, Mongoose, Olive baboons, Vervet Monkeys among
other animals are found here and you will be lucky to some of them. By noon leave the park
with a stopover at Olduvai Gorge at an extra cost of usd35 per person. By evening arrive at the
conservancy area where you will have dinner and overnight at Simba camp.
Breakfast at the camp, then leave for a game drive within the Ngorongoro crater where you will
be able to descend with a game drive with the view of Common Lions, African Elephants, Black
Rhino, blue wildebeest, Leopard, Cheetah, Hyena. Wild dog, Grant’s Zebras, African buffalo and Hippopotamus at the crater rim. Have the picnic lunch at the crater rim then start ascending to the main gate, exit the crater after 6 hours and drive to Arusha where you will be dropped at your hotel booked on bed and breakfast.
After breakfast at Charity Hotel our partner will be ready to take you to the airport to catch
your flight to Zanzibar or be picked by a shuttle bus to Nairobi to catch your flight back home.
